Of course, our aim is to provide you with the highest levels of customer service whether you may have changed your mind, or experienced a problem with regards to your purchase. 

If you are a domestic customer and you are unhappy with the goods for any reason, you have the right to return them within 14 days of receipt. They must be returned in original packaging, unused and suitable to be resold. 


All breakages or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your order.


Depending on the reason for return, we will be able to assist you further and either arrange for a refund or replacement of your order.


Please note that if the goods have been ordered incorrectly the postage and packing cost will be deducted from any refund that may be issued.  

 

If you have purchased our no quibble carriage insurance, you will be sent a Free Post Returns label in order to return your order, if you have not selected this option, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
